Mutogs do function as Vehicles but they have 0 capacity so you cannot put soldiers inside. Mutogs have 30 Perception and 0 Stealth the same as Vehicles. Every Mutog has Armor 15.
Regenerating Mutogs have
Regenerate ability - Each leg restores 10 Hit Points to an injured body part. Agile Mutogs have speed 28. Regenerating Mutogs have speed 20.
Each Mutog has
Devour ability - On killing an enemy, restore Hit Points equal to 50% of the target's maximum Hit Points,
Primal Instinct ability - Gain 2 Action Points upon killing an enemy, and Paw Strike action (1 AP).
